ALCE 101 Kitchen and Tequileria in Solana Beach will be Southern California’s first real farm-to-table meets the Southwest restaurant. ALCE 101 will be a social experience featuring our own private label tequila from one of the top distilleries of Jalisco. The ALCE 101 Kitchen & Tequileria will combine a tapas style & shared plates menu. Each menu item will be paired around the amazing bounty of local growers combined with other Southwestern farm-to-table flavors, all found in the American Southwest.
Each of these tastes of Santa Fe New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Guadalupe Valley and the local provisions of the California coast will be expertly partnered with our vast selection of tequilas, mezcals, wines, beers and beverages.
Service will be our #1 PRIORITY, paralleled with the food. All will be set in a casual, elegant, social media-worthy atmosphere with a California/Southwest feel.
