Bob Flynn is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE#01888771). He is also the founder and president of Spectrum Homes, Inc. It invests in existing--and builds new-residential real estate. His construction experience has allowed him to best help home sellers and home buyers maximize the value of their homes. He previously worked in middle market equity sales for Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment bank. Prior to that he worked at Salomon Smith Barney where he held series 7 and series 63 licenses.
He has a B.A. from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan where he received the Distinguished Leader Scholarship. He is also an active member of NAOIP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and ULI (the Urban Land Institute) where he served on San Diego/Tijuana's board from 2012-2015.

He has both a B.A and a J.D. from Boston College. In his earlier life as a lawyer in Massachusetts, he represented buyers, sellers, brokers and agents in residential and commercial real estate cases and owners, contractors and subs in construction cases for many years. And he continues to be entrusted by lawyers and their clients with the role of mediator to assist in resolving the occasional real estate or construction dispute. He continues to be honored with an AV rating attorney (Highest peer rating), as a Super Lawyer and as a top rated AVVO lawyer (a consumer rating for lawyers).
